Thyagi DeLanerolle

Thyagi DeLanerolle is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and supply chains. As a refugee who fled the civil war in Sri Lanka and immigrated to Canada at a young age, she has a deep appreciation for the value of diverse perspectives and experiences. Throughout her career, she has worked to promote supplier diversity and create more equitable and inclusive supply chains, while garnering sales in excess of $55M. After excelling in enterprise sales at Bell Canada and achieving success as an entrepreneur, Thyagi founded OOt, a human connectivity platform.
