Sherrie O’Doyle was appointed to BMO’s Supplier Relationship Management team as Director, Value Growth Programs in December 2021. In this role, Sherrie has accountability for BMO’s enterprise mandate for value creation, growth and strength of its supply chain as it relates to Supplier Diversity, Sustainability, Innovation and Business to Business Solutions.

Prior to her current role, Sherrie has been with BMO for over 10 years and has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, including a variety of national leadership roles in Operations, Change Management and Communications as well as at the local branch level spanning all across Canada, starting in Newfoundland, where Sherrie was born and raised.

Sherrie holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland. In her spare time, she acts as the National Chair for BMO Alliance for Women, BMO’s largest employee resource group, and enjoys travel with a focus on volunteering with local wildlife rescue centres.
