SARA SUDEYKO

Sara has been with Accenture for over 13 years and currently is a member of Accenture’s Global Supplier Inclusion and Sustainability team. In this role, she is responsible for promoting Accenture’s well-established efforts to maximize procurement opportunities with diverse businesses as suppliers and subcontractors within Canada. Sara is also responsible for growing and driving Accenture’s award-winning mentoring program; Diverse Supplier Development Program (DSDP) which is currently operating in 7 geographies. Most recently, Sara has launched the newest DSDP’s Canadian Class which kicked off its 5th cohort in September 2023.

Prior to this role, Sara was in Procurement for 10 years in Sourcing & Demand Management for External Talent in Canada and the US. She has been involved in supporting Accenture’s Supplier Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainability team since 2014, beginning with Canada’s DSDP Cohort II. Sara is deeply passionate about diverse supplier development, engagement and advocacy by promoting a more inclusive and sustainable supply chain for Accenture and its clients.
