MICHELLE ALBANESE

Michelle is a Director at Upswing Solutions (Certified by WBE Canada) and has over 20 years of experience working with governments, non-profits, and private and publicly traded companies to enhance sustainability and ESG.  She is highly experienced at collaborating and engaging all types of stakeholders to drive ESG performance across operations and the entire value chain.  Her areas of expertise include responsible supply chain management, ESG disclosure, climate change, biodiversity and conservation, human rights and labour rights, modern slavery, diversity, equity and inclusion and supplier diversity.  

Michelle has a Master of Science in Health and Environmental Sciences from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Toxicology (minor in Statistics) from the University of Guelph.
