Marty Britton is the President & CEO of Britton Management Profile Inc., (BMP) the first ever background checking company in Canada. Incorporated in 1974, BMP has been in business for over 45 years. BMP is passionate in helping their clients make informed hiring decisions so that they can hire the best talent available.   With a strong global presence, BMP conducts a wide range of verification checks in a variety of countries.   When Marty took over the company 28 years ago, the only service the company offered was reference checking. Marty has since added a wide range of pre-employment screening services to their list of products from criminal and credit checks, global sanctions, fingerprinting, education, employment verifications, and exit interviews. In addition, they also offer social media checks by using the power of artificial intelligence to complement and enhance the ability to spot employment risk of a hire, far in advance.

BMP is a member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and Marty is the past Chair for the Canadian Chapter. The company is also a diverse supplier and is a certified member of WBE Canada.
