Marie-Christine Drolet is President of AtmanCo, a Canadian woman-owned company that develops innovative talent optimization and development solutions combining psychometric science and artificial intelligence. A finalist for the AQT - Investissement-Québec CEO of the Year award in 2023, a finalist for the Prix Femmes d'affaires du Québec in 2022 and named "Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards", Ms. Drolet is a strong leader with a dedicated focus on innovation and human capital development. 

A proud Quebec City native and former top-level athlete, Ms. Drolet holds a Master's degree in Career Development from UQAM university.
