Margaret is CEO & Partner of Narrative Research, a national, full-service marketing research firm that provides a complete range of bilingual, quantitative and qualitative research services. Narrative Research is 100% Canadian-owned, 100% women-owned, and WBE certified.

Margaret is a professionally trained moderator and facilitator and has worked with a wide range of private, non-profit and public sector organizations across Canada and internationally. She offers clients more than 30 years of communications, marketing, and research experience.
Margaret holds a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University as well as the professional research designation - Certified Analytics and Insight Professional (CAIP).
