JANICE TEE

Janice is a dedicated HR executive with a commitment to creating initiatives that prioritize employees at the heart of company success.  Throughout her 25 years career, she has held leadership roles in multiple sectors including fintech, banking, energy and currently, the automotive industry. Her exceptional leadership and innovative approach have allowed her to champion best practice people initiatives, develop workforce capabilities, and build best in class talent management practices to attract, retain and engage talent.

For the last 10+ years, Janice has also been a trailblazer in advocating for global equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives Currently, as the Global Director for HR systems and programs, Janice is responsible for leading the HR digitization strategy globally for Magna, a role that spans 29 countires and impacts over 168,000 employees within the organization.  She holds a master’s degree in human resources from York University and completed her undergraduate studies in business administration at Toronto Metropolitan University.
