FATIHA SENHAJI

Fatiha joined BDC in June 2023 as Vice President, Client Diversity and leads the bank’s National strategy to meet the needs of all Canadian underserved and diverse clients. Supported by a team of DEI+A regional managers across Canada, she helps drive BDC’s client diversity strategy by working with multiple internal and external partners to strengthen support and learning for diverse entrepreneurs and deepen their understanding of the economical and societal barriers they face as underserved communities.

Fatiha has always been passionate about entrepreneurship and helping companies succeed in business. She brings over two decades of excellence in the banking industry having most recently worked as National Director, Industry and Zero Barriers to Business Programs at BMO Financial Group, and previously as Vice President, Treasury and Payment Solutions, as well as Vice President, Business Banking and Bank Manager, all at BMO. 

Fatiha is an ambassador for diversity with emphasis on inclusive leadership and the advancement of women in the workplace. She is bilingual, and her dynamic and passionate approach is already an inspiration and motivation to her colleagues across the country.
