Who will be attending the 2026 National Conference and Tradeshow?
WBE Canada Conference connects Canadian Certified Women Business Enterprises (WBEs), Corporations and Governments with commitment to supplier diversity or women entrepreneurs and Media. Attendee and Exhibitor lists will be available in our mobile app prior to the event to help you prepare.
I am a buyer at an organization which is not a Member of WBE Canada. Can I attend WBE Canada's Conference and Tradeshow?
Absolutely! Our event is open to the public.
Is there a dress code for the conference?
Dress code is business casual. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes as you’ll spend lots of time standing and walking.
How can I get involved as a volunteer or organizer?

Will there be wifi at available at the venue?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available.
How do I request special accommodations (dietary, accessibility, etc.)?
This information is collected during the registration process. When registering a colleague or team member it is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is correct.
When registering for the conference, you will be able to indicate any food allergies or sensitivities that we should be made aware of. WBE Canada will do its best to accommodate your needs.

Where is the conference being held?
The 2026 National Conference will take place November 18-19 at the Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre, 655 Dixon Rd, Toronto, ON M9W 1J3 (East entrance)
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, The Delta Marriott is fully accessible.
What is the nearest airport to the conference venue?
Toronto Pearson International Airport
Are there shuttle services provided from the airport to the venue?
Yes. Complimentary Airport Shuttle is available for any quests of the hotel 7 days a week from 4AM - 2AM ET.
The shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour (00) and 30 minutes
The shuttle leaves the airport on the 15 and 45 minutes
Terminal 1 - Pick up between Door R3 and S5
Terminal 3 - Pick up between Port 41 and 43
Shuttle runs continuously - no need to call
Are there any discounts available for transportation services?
WBE Canada has partnered with Air Canada and Via Rail to offer a special 10% discount (subject to terms and conditions at the time of purchase). Following are the discount codes to be applied when booking your travel:

What is the deadline for registration?
Flash Sale registration is open between April 6-24, 2026.
Early bird registration is open between May 1 and June June 30, 2026. Regular registration is open between July 2 and September 30, 2026. There will be no option to register for the conference after this date.
Is there an early bird registration discount?
Early bird registration opens May 1, 2026 and closes at midnight on June 30, 2026.
Can I register multiple attendees from my company?
Yes however each attendee must be registered separately to help us ensure health, safety and other accommodations. WBE Canada is not responsible for incorrect information provided to us during the registration process.
What are the registration fees?

Is there a cancellation or refund policy?
For any ticket cancellations, please note the deadline for a partial refund is Monday August 31, 2026 at 5:00pm EDT. You will be refunded your registration fee less an administrative fee of $250 CAD. All refund requests will be determined on a case by case basis. No refunds for any amount will be processed for cancellations made after 5:00pm EDT on Monday August 31, 2026.
Are there any additional fees for workshops or special events?
Your registration fee includes all meals and sessions. Cash bars will be available during receptions. VIP events are invitation only, RSVP invitations will be sent separately. Please familiarize yourself with the event agenda.
Can I register on site?
No. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate on-site registration.

Can I view the conference agenda?
Conference agenda is available on the Agenda page and will be frequently updated as details are confirmed.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes. Our conference offers premiere networking opportunities both formal and informal throughout the event including this year’s Trade Show featuring WBE and Corporate Member exhibits.
Are there specific tracks or sessions for different interests?
Workshops and Breakout Sessions will be scheduled throughout both days of the conference with topics designed for our supplier, buyer and partner communities. More specific information will be provided in the Agenda as details are confirmed.
Who are the keynote speakers?
Keynote speakers, panel participants, breakout speakers and workshop leaders will be announced after July 31st.
Can I suggest a speaker or topic for consideration?
Speaker applications are now open and will be chosen as submissions have been reviewed. Learn more here.
Will presentations or slides be available after the conference?
WBE Canada will be recording select sessions and making them available to Conference attendees after the event. Slides will not be provided.
