Deb Day is the founder, President, and Chief Strategist of Innovate By Day, a WBE-certified diverse supplier. Deb is “the storyteller that the storytellers hire” to build their brands. Deb leverages her experience to lead teams that create effective paid and social media strategies and engaging websites and video content for brands, companies, broadcasters, not-for-profit, and public sector organizations. In 2018, Deb was awarded the Digital Trailblazer Award by Women in Film & Television - Toronto for her leadership in Digital Media. She is often sought out as a trainer, speaker and mentor. She is a mentor for WBE and at The Forge, a business incubator at McMaster University. She is a member of the WBE SAC Nominations Committee and a Coralus Activator.
