Christina leads RBC’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Team She and her team are responsible for bringing RBC’s comprehensive D&I strategy to life through their strategic priorities: strengthening inclusion, advancing diversity and enabling economic inclusion. Christina joined RBC in 2018, bringing over 15 years of progressive experience in performance consulting, behaviour change and leadership development. She is known for managing complex global projects, empowering high-performing teams and developing people and leadership strategies to maximise organizational effectiveness. In 2021 Christina won a RBC Convention Award for living their leadership model and creating impact and value for RBC across a number of strategic initiatives. Christina earned her B.Ed majoring in Adult Education from Brock University and her B.A. and Professional HR Management Certificate from York University.
