WBE Canada’s Excellence Awards showcase and celebrate achievements in supplier diversity amongst our certified WBE community and our corporate and government member organizations. Join us as we applaud the incredible accomplishments of our women-owned businesses and the outstanding progress our corporate and government members are making in supplier diversity, creating opportunities for WBEs in their supply chains, and helping drive Canada’s economic recovery and growth.

The winners of the 2022 Excellence Awards will be presented during this year’s National Conference “Roadmap to Success: It Starts With Us” November 10, 2022.
Here are the WBE Canada 2022 Excellence Awards finalists.
TOP VOLUNTEER category recognizes an individual who has demonstrated significant contribution in supplier diversity benefiting or promoting WBE Canada in 2022.
WBE CANADA CHAMPION category recognizes an individual or organization that demonstrates commitment to supplier diversity in Canada, namely through referring new Corporate Members and/ or WBEs to WBE Canada, tracked through membership and certification applications.
TOP VOLUNTEER category recognizes an individual who has demonstrated significant contribution in supplier diversity benefiting or promoting WBE Canada in 2022.
WBE CANADA CHAMPION category recognizes an individual or organization that demonstrates commitment to supplier diversity in Canada, namely through referring new Corporate Members and/ or WBEs to WBE Canada, tracked through membership and certification applications.
TOP SUPPLIER DIVERSITY LEADER category recognizes a procurement professional within WBE Canada’s Corporate Membership who is a champion among peers.
WBE RISING STAR is awarded to a certified WBE who, within their first 3 years of certification, has demonstrated significant achievements or progress.
TOP SUPPLIER DIVERSITY LEADER category recognizes a procurement professional within WBE Canada’s Corporate Membership who is a champion among peers.

MOST IMPROVED SUPPLIER DIVERSITY PROGRAM recognizes a WBE Canada Corporate Member that has made a distinct and describable difference in their Supplier Diversity Program.
TOP WBE SUPPLIER award recognizes a certified women-owned business which has demonstrated excellence in business and support for other women owned businesses.
