JUSTIN TAYLOR

Justin Taylor helps businesses achieve results with integrity. He is president of Cardinalis, a consulting firm that advises small businesses on their ESG strategy and in implementing sustainable and responsible business practices. He recently joined FinDev Canada, a development bank, as a Senior Integrity Advisor. Prior to this, Justin was the first Executive Director of Rainbow Railroad, a charity that helps LGBTQI+ people escape state-sponsored violence and was a senior government relations advisor for a national industry association. 

Justin holds a Certificate in Corporate Governance from the Association of Governance, Risk & Compliance, ESG Disclosure credentials from the Corporate Finance Institute, Anti-Bribery Specialist accreditation from Trace International, a bachelor of commerce, and a master’s in political economy. He is passionate about systems thinking and applied behavioural science and, in his spare time, he volunteers to support 2SLGBTQI+ refugees and newcomers.
